In case my legion of blog aficionados wonders WTH is happening with BARC, the link below should clarify two things: That Mayor White's office is salvaging his reputation for the upcoming US Senate race by showing decisive "action," and that it is not possible any more to hire an all-American staff. My only reaction to the Open Letter is that with so many new coordinators, 80 employees, assigned volunteer duties, and talk about personnel (but, curiously, no Chief yet), they may be forgetting to cover the drains to prevent further puppies from being flushed down.
