Ladies, gentlemen, Ms. Mayor:
Does the reign of incompetence at BARC continue? I hear that there is a dog who urgently needs specialized care of her eyes and the best Mr. Atencio and the shelter veterinarian can come up with is: "Out with her eyes!?" There are people begging to save this dog ... there are donations pouring in for medical care ... there ophtalmologists eager to help... and your want to pull her eyes out?
Oh I forgot: There are outraged citizens. Put that dog (Keiko) in the hands of those clamoring to rescue her, and do it immediately! I didn't think BARC could get worse than it was; please don't prove me wrong.
