Too late for Keiko

Criminal incompetence and mismanagement killed a dog that could have been saved. No ... nothing has changed at BARC. In fact, this publicity stunt of performing heroic surgery in the dungeon-like facilities at BARC brings that damned facility to a new low. I didn't expect much of Atencio ... but then he doesn't know a thing about animals, shelters, or anything much at all. The veterinarians ... that's a big disapointment.

So, is this another shameful failure, a crime actually, to be swept under the rug? Or will there be an inquiry, as it should be.
